Practice Night

The first practice night was well supported so we have decided to run with it .

We will hold it on the last two Wednesdays of each Month starting at 7pm.
Venue will be the Old School Wharf St Logan Village ( 2nd Building after the Park)

General Meeting

Keep the 2nd Monday after each social free for our general meeting each month. We need your input, the club can only be what we make it.

Muster 2010

The Logan City Muster went off with very few hitches and was a great day of entertainment. From the profits we have been able to upgrade some of our ageing equipment.
A big thanks to David Elsdon for a brilliant effort in coordinating the day.
Thanks also to Paul Bonsey for orgainising the market stalls , Dave Sweeney for providing and operating his sound equipment, Noel for a great job as MC for the day, Tony , Lesley and Mick as well as all the performers on the day including Twin Rivers and Brigalow Country Music Clubs.

Our visiting club was Blue Denim this month and put on a great show for us. Although we had a few regular faces missing our visitors more than made up the shortfall.

August will be our last social before our AGM .
All positions will be declared vacant so get your nominations in for one of the positions and help make the club what you want it to be.

New blood is always a good thing .
Remember you need to be financial to nominate and vote

Yet another enjoyable Sunday afternoons entertainment.

Our guest artist this month was Matthew " Dusty" Clifford who gave a great performance including one of his originals.

Numbers were down ( start of wintersun ) so everyone got the opportunity to perform another number. Our next social will be on the "4th of July".
In addition to our guest artist "Mick Wood" our friends from Blue Denim are our guest club.

Another enjoyable afternoon at the Beenleigh RSL.We were treated to a wide variety of music styles from ballads to good old Rock and Roll.
Being a public holiday long weekend the numbers were down slightly but those there took advantage and we managed to go round twice and performed 4 numbers each.

· The upcoming Country Music Festival at Logan Village 14 August
Arrangements for backing performers at our monthly socials
· Conduct/protocol at other clubs when we are the guest club

What a great day !!

The day kicked off with Country Friends entertaining us.
Paul Bonsey provided some up tempo numbers in a duet with Margie.
All up we had 28 walk up performers making it one of our busiest days for many years.

A big thanks to all who supported us.

First Social at Mt Warren Park

Our first social at our new venue was a great success. The number of performers was up on previous socials with many positive comments about the venue. We had nine new members join us.

Our Starring guest spot this month was Patti Anderson who treated us to a top performance backed by Country Friends.

Welcome to The Logan Beaudesert CMC located on the Southern rural outskirts of Brisbane.

Formally the "Beaudesert CMC" we are one of oldest Country Music Clubs in Queensland.
